You must also not post a listing under a popular category if the service offered does not honestly belong to that category.

We have the right to review, edit, reject, remove, suspend, or permanently delete any listing that violates these Terms, appears suspicious, misleads users, duplicates another listing, or reduces the quality and trustworthiness of the platform.
The Real Plug is built to help users find genuine businesses and professionals through honest, accurate, and reliable profile listings. To protect the quality of the platform, users must create and manage profiles responsibly. Users are not allowed to misuse the Website by creating duplicate accounts, duplicate profiles, misleading listings, fake service locations, or repeated listings intended to attract attention unfairly.
A user must not create multiple user accounts in order to post the same business, professional service, or similar profile several times. Creating many accounts to bypass posting limits, avoid moderation, repeat the same listing, or make one business or professional appear like several different providers is considered spam and is strictly prohibited.
A user must not post the same business or professional profile multiple times using different names, slightly changed descriptions, different phone numbers, different images, or different service locations in order to manipulate visibility on the Website. If a business or professional is already listed, the user should update the existing profile instead of creating repeated listings for the same service.
Users are not allowed to post the same business or professional profile multiple times using different service locations where they do not genuinely operate or cannot realistically provide the service. A business or professional should only list locations where they can honestly serve customers. Posting in unrelated estates, towns, counties, or regions simply to appear in more searches, attract more users, or gain unfair visibility is misleading and is not allowed.
If a business has genuine branches, offices, teams, or verified service operations in different locations, The Real Plug may allow separate listings where the locations are real, accurate, and verifiable. However, The Real Plug reserves the right to request clarification, review the listing details, approve or reject the separate listings, merge similar profiles, or remove listings that appear duplicated, exaggerated, or misleading.
Users must not copy another provider’s profile, impersonate another business or professional, use false addresses, use fake service areas, post unrelated services under high-traffic categories, or create profiles that misrepresent the actual service provider. Users must also not create listings whose main purpose is to manipulate search results, spam locations, confuse customers, or unfairly compete with genuine providers on the platform.
The Real Plug may monitor user accounts, profile submissions, repeated listings, service locations, contact details, posting patterns, duplicate descriptions, duplicate images, and suspicious account activity to protect the platform from spam and misleading content. Monitoring may be done manually, automatically, or through any reasonable internal review process.
If The Real Plug detects duplicate accounts, repeated business profiles, misleading service locations, false information, spam listings, copied content, or any attempt to bypass platform rules, we may take action without prior notice. Such action may include rejecting the profile, editing the profile, unpublishing the profile, merging duplicate listings, deleting the listing, restricting the account, suspending the account, or permanently deactivating the account.
By creating an account or submitting a business or professional profile on The Real Plug, you agree to post only genuine, accurate, non-duplicate, and non-misleading listings. You also accept that The Real Plug has the right to take enforcement action against accounts and profiles that violate these rules.
